#TGIT (Thank God It's Thursday) for ABC

Hello TV followers, it’s been a while since I’d posted a new blog post, but today’s main topic will be about ABC and the return of #TGIT!!! (Since it's the highlight this week for television news.)

#TGIT is back on tonight at 8:00 eastern time and Thank God the Shondaland Production Series are back because ABC’s Midseason line-up has been woeful since the midseason finale.

My Predictions for adults 18-49 demographics rating based on from Midseason's episode.

                 Grey's Anatomy

        Season Premiere: 2.8

                 Midseson Finale: 2.5

                       Midseason Premiere: 2.9

              Scandal

     Season Premiere: 3.3

                 Midseson Finale: 2.4

                         Midseason Premiere: 2.8

How To Get Away With Murder

                                         Season Premiere: 2.6

                                                         Midseson Finale: 2.3

                                                                       Midseason Premiere: 2.5

Info About ABC and their Midseason Disastrous Line-up After #TGIT's Midseason Finale to Now

Midseason “Shark Tank” spin-off series “Beyond The Tank” and “My Diet is Better than Yours” have failed to attract viewers since the beginning of January.  The shows have performed an average of a 0.83 adult 18-49 demographics. Coming in dead last against the other Big 4 Networks.

Compared to the original Thursday Line-up of veteran series “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Scandal,” and sophomore series “How To Get Away With Murder” have an average of a 2.34333 83 adult demographics, the midseason line-up dropped more than 65%.  These shows are marked ABC as the #1 network on Thursday night.

*Also ABC whole Midseason line-up has bombed this year.  Sophomore series” Galavant” (down 52.39%), “Marvel’s Agent Carter”(down 42.95%), and Emmy Nominee for Best Limited series “American Crime” (down 12.45%) have failed to perform exceptional from the network.

Compared to last year, the Alphabet network had the most scripted programs out of the other Major Network (FOX, NBC, and CBS) where 17/23 programs were renewed from another season.

But it looks like this season more series from the Alphabet network will be cancelled as these series are likely to be cancelled with “Blood and Oil” and “Wicked City”.

But #TGIT fans don’t need to worry because the 3 series are way above the cancellation index and are certain for renewal.  The only Question is will the #TGIT series perform well to their 2.34333 average, or will the fans tone out due to the long hiatus and watch “The Big Bang Theory” or “American Idol’s Farewell Season?”

Tone in tonight to watch the Midseason Premiere of “Grey’s Anatomy,” “Scandal,” and “How To Get Away With Murder.”
